	You will need	8 oz flour 1/2 tsp salt 4 oz butter 2 oz sugar 1 egg 6 oz sultanas
	What to do	Beat the sugar and butter until creamy. Add the egg and beat in. Mix in the other ingredients. Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
